All patients on repeat medication will be given a review date, printed on the bottom of the repeat medication list on your prescription. Please make an appointment for a medication review with the Clinical Pharmacist before this date expires. Some medications will also have a limit to the amount of time they can be issued before a review is needed e.g. Certain Creams, Contraception, HRT, New Medication, and Anti-Depressants.
