To assist people to live independently and well in their own homes, a list of 'microenterprises' has been created supported by Catalysts for Care. This aims to provide more choice and control for people who require assistance. Being small means that the micro-enterprise can offer more time and continuity to build more personal relationships with the people they support / their families, and as such better support their social / emotional needs as well as with home help and personal care.
