We have a touch screen installed in reception to allow patients to sign in for their appointments on arrival at the surgery. We hope this will reduce the queue at reception freeing up time for staff to deal with other patient needs.  Anyone who is unhappy with using the touch screen can still let the receptionists know they have arrived in the usual way.

When you are called, the television information screen in reception will display your name and the room to go to.
